My Fair Trade Valentine 2019

Did you know that you can get fair trade roses at your local grocery? How about that you could get fair trade chocolate at your nearest health food store? If you pay a visit to Ten Thousand Villages, you can even get a beautiful, artisan-made Valentine’s Day-themed card.

Every day is a great day to support fair trade, but even more so when you’re buying a thoughtful gift. Consider giving a loved one a present that was ethically-made by small producers around the world, and show even more of the love!

For information on which brands make fair trade products, check out Fairtrade Canada’s interactive list! If your local retailer doesn’t carry your favourite fair trade product, why not request it?

The power of change is in our hands! Let’s use it!
